The fifth round of the Supermoto World Championship was held on the track of Latina, on this occasion the race was disputed during the night but due to poor lighting could not be run safely and race program took place in a single day .
In qualifying Thomas Chareyre has got an excellent second place, with Thierry Van den Bosch closed the front row in fourth position.
In race 1 Thomas started immediately putting strong in the wake of Hermunen, Chareyre managed on two occasions to take the lead but made two small mistakes that have made him lose his leadership, the reigning world champion had to settle for second position, Thierry finished in fourth place.
In the second race that Thomas Chareyre completed his masterpiece, the now very strong and took the lead on the second lap with an incredible pace and won his first race season and won the Grand Prix, the incredible performance of VDB that attacked from start to finish cutting the finish line in third place and just three points not on the podium.
Incredible race from moral and strength to the team ahead of the season finale, Thomas Chareyre was able to recover many points in the world ranking. |
